Brandon the warranty tech with Douglas homes was here with our leakage issue on the exterior over window opening. Brendon was very helpful and addressed our concerns, he also did a couple repairs on my gate. He cleaned up after himself nicely and guided me on the way forward for the rest of the work.

Ron Reid from Douglas Home came to fix our warranty items (Trades day) recently, and I’m very satisfied with the experience. Ron was professional, courteous, and arrived on time. He carefully reviewed all the items that needed attention and handled everything efficiently.

The quality of work was solid, and he took the time to explain what was being done and why. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he took to keep everything clean and organized throughout the visit.
