Winners for the 2025 CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence were announced on May 15 at the Glitter & Groove Awards Bash, the grand finale of CHBA’s Home Building Week in Canada, which took place May 11–15 in Victoria, BC.
Finalist for Marketing Excellence
Following last year’s win for the Design Excellence Award, we’re proud to announce that we were named finalists for the Marketing Excellence Award at the CHBA National Awards. This is one of the most respected recognitions in Canadian homebuilding. This nomination is the result of a blind judging process led by industry experts across the country, evaluating how well we communicate with purpose, clarity, and care. Being named a finalist means our work stood out nationwide for how it connects with homeowners.
Winner – Best Virtual Tour Experience
Our Sierra Vista virtual tour took home top honors in the Best Virtual Tour Experience category. This award is especially meaningful to us—it recognizes the thoughtful, immersive design work that goes into making the home buying experience accessible and inspiring. For many, a virtual tour is the first glimpse of home—and we’re thrilled that Sierra Vista’s stood out on a national level.
